John Beerman

 

The gallery has available three small works by John Beerman; who is a nationally acclaimed artist based in Durham, North Carolina. His work is featured in many public collections including The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York; the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston; and the Whitney Museum of American Art, New York.  Beerman’s work creates an evocative effect through the use of soft contemplative colors and light. The serene scenes of landscape and still life create an air of mystery and thoughtfulness for the viewer. This signature style takes everyday sights and turns them into magical moments captured forever in paint.
